Build your mythological dream team

Strategic game Heroes of Troy can be a great upgrade to conferences and business events, as it is entertaining and visually appealing.

It can be implemented as an educational program with the evaluation of teamwork or as a completely fun program with the aim of connecting participants and relaxed networking.

Accompany Paris and Helen on their journey to Troy and help them forge a winning strategy.

Timeline

The facilitator introduces the concept of the event and points out key messages. He briefly explains the historic background and the main mission of each team, their goals, and how to win

Teams go through the rules, form their mythological dream team, divide team roles and form a strategy. They also decide which path to choose and when to leave Sparta.

The journey is full of unpredictable events that will keep you on your toes. Adjust your strategy and plan ahead. Additional activities break the game flow and give you a chance to win more points.

Teams feel accomplished as they are congratulated on reaching Troy and surviving the journey. Scores are revealed as teams convert their remaining precious stones to warriors. The team with the largest army is announced.

An in-depth evaluation can be conducted after the program, with the aim of linking the experience with everyday work practice.

More than a game

Participants work in smaller teams. Each team has to form a strategy on how to reach the goal – choose the best team of heroes and the optimal path to Troy and at the same time have enough flexibility to adapt to unforeseen events. Involvement of all team members is necessary in order to help Paris and Helen escape from Spartans. This fun and attractive team activity demands excellent cooperation among team members, communication, agility and working in ambiguity, strategic thinking and adapting to change.
