Connect with team members

The program takes place through a videoconferencing system, where participants receive all instructions and materials they will need to successfully reach their goal.

We will create a meeting and send you the link. All you have to do is seat back and relax, while our technical support team takes care of everything.

Join the game

After the introduction you will be split into smaller groups and move to breakout rooms.

There you will go through the rules of the game, build your mythological dream team, form a strategy and join the game via a web app.

The game will take you on an epic journey back in time to ancient Troy.

Start your epic journey

You have 21 days to reach your destination. Each team member has a different role, so everyone’s unique perspective is important.

You can monitor the progress of other teams and adjust your strategy to current situation.

Fun and creative activities spice up the game and give you an opportunity to win extra points.

Timeline

Join the activity via a videoconferencing system (Zoom or other platform of your choice). The facilitator introduces the concept of the event and points out key messages.

The facilitator explains the historic background and the main mission of each team, their goals, and how to win. Participants are then divided into smaller groups of 4 to 5 people and move to breakout rooms.

Teams connect to a web app and join the game, go through the rules, form a mythological dream team, divide team roles and form a strategy.

The journey is full of unpredictable events that will keep you on your toes. Adjust your strategy to the current situation and listen to everyone’s unique perspective.

Teams feel accomplished as they are congratulated on reaching Troy and surviving the journey. Scores are revealed as teams convert their remaining precious stones to warriors. The team with the largest army is announced.

An in-depth evaluation can be conducted after the program, with the aim of linking the experience with everyday work practice.

More than a game

Participants work in smaller teams. Each team has to form a strategy on how to reach the goal – choose the best team of heroes and the optimal path to Troy and at the same time have enough flexibility to adapt to unforeseen events. Involvement of all team members is necessary in order to help Paris and Helen escape from Spartans. This fun and attractive team activity demands excellent cooperation among team members, communication, agility and working in ambiguity, strategic thinking and adapting to change.

Success factors

We have prepared a model that focuses on key success factors for any business. We have linked each of them to the activity Heroes of Troy. In a 90 minutes review session, you will dive deep into your experience and try to compare it to your daily operations.
